The quality of the bands is nice and one of the best feature is we get 3 bands with different level of resistance. I actually got these resistance bands for working out at home. These bands allows you to do variety of exercise depending which body part you want to focus. Very bad service and not a good product. I want a refund as this is non returnable so when we palced the return of this item they said that it is rejected as reason is not good
