I cold smoked some cheese with this product and it came out fantastic and it has excellent flavor.

These pellets work great! Smoke is heavy but not crazy heavy. The hickory flavor is spot on and they don’t burn fast like some other brands I have tried. Great value for the price.

These work well with the smoke chief attachment, great value for money, literally a giant bag for an excellent price. They provide a really great smoke flavor and little bit goes a long way. So far they have stayed well which is an issue when buying in bulk, things going bad before you have a chance to use them. So far no complaints, we have bought other flavors, and will continue to buy from Amazon for this product as they are cheaper on here than at stores like Cabela's or Sportsman's Warehouse.

Living in Colorado, I am unable to find Alder wood here. The wonderful smell of Alder burning in the air of the Northwest U.S. is something that stuck with me since my first visit years ago. These pellets are convenient and work well in a foil packet or a cleaned tuna can on my gas grill. I will certainly be buying more. Being these are compressed pellets and not wood chips do not soak them first the way you would with chips. They create every bit as much smoke as chips though. Be mindful that after some smoking, they will catch fire, so keep a spray bottle nearby to put out those flare-ups. I've experienced the same thing with chips though, so this isn't unique to these pellets.

We enjoy fruit smoke rather than hickory and Mesquite which seem too strong. This has a good flavor.

Easy to use and great flavor to meats and fish.

I used the flavored wood pellets to smoke turkey breasts. The meat was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing! I highly recommend this product.

Gives great taste to meat great quality product, smell is as expected, a bit overpriced for pressed shavings in this size, it does burn great in smoker.
