I picked up the Ballotte Premium Silicone Heel Pads to make wearing my tight shoes more comfortable, and they've been a solid addition to my footwear. Pros: ✅ Great cushioning. The silicone provides a lot of comfort and relief, especially during long walks or standing for extended periods. ✅ Non-slip. They stay securely in place inside your shoe and don’t move around, even after hours of wear. ✅ Versatile. Can be used in a variety of shoes—flats, heels, sneakers, etc. ✅ Durable. They’ve held up well after several weeks of use and cleaning. Cons: ⚠️ A little bulky. They’re thicker than I expected, so they can make shoes feel a bit tighter than usual, especially in already snug footwear. ⚠️ Sticky residue. After a while, the adhesive can lose some of its stickiness, so they might need to be repositioned. ⚠️ Sizing issues. They may not fit well in shoes with very low heels or certain narrow styles. Final Thoughts: The Ballotte Premium Silicone Heel Pads provide excellent comfort and relief for sore heels and feet. They work well in many types of shoes, though they can add a bit of thickness. Worth trying if you need extra padding for longer wear, but be mindful of shoe fit.

These cushions are a great idea for shoes that are too big or slip up and down on heels. The extra heel cushion is a great addition. My only problem is that they do not stick well in my leather shoes. I used double sided tape for enforcement and hope this will be successful.

high quality package and materials looked like they were very high quality upon opening. I also really liked the weight of these – upon opening the product seemed substantial and well made and the number of them seemed like a fair amount for the cost – that made it feel like a very good value for money. Note they were not "too heavy," since they are quite small, but there's a solid, quality feeling to them. the build quality also was better than i expected. they felt substantial, durable, and well made. i also liked how clear they looked. this helps hide or mask their presence in the show but also, at least to me, clearer plastics and rubber components denote quality. There really wasn't much i did not like and they did the job, so my gut feeling is 5-stars. They did the job, have lasted since i began using them, and have also kept looking new and clear through repeated use. the only minor critique would be they might taper a bit more on the part that goes under the foot. my heel may be overly sensitive but I can definitely feel the transition / bump-down where the insert ends under my foot. This is a minor thing though. I got used to it quickly. Not worth losing a start over. Also of note, if you have not used such inserts before, there were very, very easy to use. I think if you are buying this you know exactly what you need and what it does. the instructions were, frankly, wholly unnecessary. but, that said, they were clear and accurate and if i were a bit unsure they would have helped. Also, if your shoes are a tad too long, these can help with better fitment, but just heel-lift.

These fit perfect and are not too tight or loose with them in. Even if your shoe is for example a size 7 in women’s but you need to wear a size 6.5, just a half size difference, it will still work cause the gel inserts squish in a bit. They have a little bit of give. I bought shoes that were 7-7.5, but when arrived they were too big as my heel slipping out of the shoe. I exchanged them for a 6-7, but when they got mailed to me they were still slipping out of my shoe. I was bummed as they didn’t have the next size down. I usually wear a 7.5 as 7 shoes usually squish my toes a bit. These are made in Portugal so their sizing is different from US sizes for sure! I isn’t want to return these one of kind beautiful shoes, but these gel inserts saved the day! You even get 8 pieces. I bought the double padded, 5.5 inches long/ 3.3 inches across. They are clear, durable and thicker than most inserts for the heel and feel so comfy, I don’t feel them at all and they work like little miracles! Best heel grips I’ve found for sure! So happy! Best $13 I’ve ever spent!

I absolutely love these things!! I was going to throw away a pair of shoes I had because they were just a little too big and would always run, give me blisters and even make me bleed. I tried these and it totally fixed all of my issues. They are a good bit thicker than most heel pads I have tried, which might be problematic if your shoes already fit super snugly, but for me they were just the thickness I needed to fix my problem. One issue I frequently have with heel pads is that they come off as you walk, but these have a gel heel sole so when you walk, it is held in place. Super happy to have a cheap fix and not have to buy a new pair of $60 dress shoes!

Although I was hopeful when I purchased these heel grips, they didn't work for me. They were easy to adhere to the heel area of a new pair of pumps. And then I put the pumps on and walked several steps and thought, "Okay, these are gonna work" but as I kept walking and my heel raised to take another step, the heel of the pump began to slip down with each step. So essentially, the same thing was happening before I bought them. I had hoped they would close some space, ever so slight, at the heel of the shoe. But, unfortunately, that wasn't the case for me.

Feels much comfortable when using heels.

These are okay.. I wish they weren't so slippery though, I feel like that defeats the purpose of keeping heels in place. They work fine if a flat shoe is too big, but not so much for heels.

Hat mir leider nicht so gut gefallen. Es klebt sehr gut, leider hat es wenig gebracht. Rutsche trotzdem von ein paar Schuhe raus die leider mir eine Nummer zu Groß sind
