Q: Is lined on the inside?

No they are not lined. I DON'T recommend these at all. I just sent mine back because I washed them and the knot came off on two of them just leaving a large hole. They are not glued on properly.

Q: Are they lined with satin to reduce hair breakage?

No the turbans are not lined with satin.

Q: how do you get wrinkles out?

Hi sorry I don't understand the questions. I don't have wrinkles. It has natural gathering as it joins at the front in the knot but I don't see any wrinkles and I have 6 of these. In addition I also washed all of them before wearing and it looks just the same as I received it.
