Followed the instructions to the letter.Hung them on the nice clean recently painted wall.Did not hang anything on the cork tiles themselves.About 36 hours later one fell. So I rehung it, went over it with the rolling pin... it fell again a few hours later... so I hung it and again with the rolling pin and it fell....I'm not happy.Now I'm gonna wait two weeks, see how many more fall off, then go buy some strong double sided tape that is guaranteed to pull off all the paint and half the drywall if anyone tries to remove the cork tiles in the next 65 years.They are thick and appear high quality but not having gotten to actually use them for their intended purpose I can't speak on that. They did look nice while they were up there and were easy to put up on the wall.EDIT Re-hung the tiles with super heavy duty indoor/outdoor waterproof tape.They stayed up, looked great, super happy, things get put on the tiles, a few weeks go by...A rude Saturday morning awakening while cork tiles fall off the wall one right after the other, crashing onto the desk below. What remains on the wall?The double backed tape I used to hang them.In other words - this super strong adhesive that is on the back of these tiles won't even hold on to ANOTHER super strong adhesive.I'm livid.I will never buy these again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.Pieces of garbage.

These things stick great to a flat paint wall surface. They thicker than I had expected which is great! There is a slight chemical odor which comes off of these at first, but I really love the level of stickiness. They aren't sooo sticky that you can't move them once in place and are about as sticky as the self adhesive back splash which I bought. The cork is of high quality.

It was very difficult to pick which cork tiles as I already have 6 that I was trying to match as much as I possibly could. This seller's description, measurements provided, and price range helped to narrow down what became a very confusing field as there were many products available in many sizes. Fair price, and nice product.

This is a great product. The quality and thickness of the cork is excellent. I also found that the self-adhesive glue worked very well. I put up 30 of these tiles and all of them have stayed firmly in place. Initially, I had to rotate several tiles to get them to stay, however, because there is a slightly different bend or flex pattern with some of them that has to be accounted for. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this product again.

These tiles did not stick to my CLEAN flat textured wall. We has to use alternative adhesive. Also, the tiles are not square.

I wanted to make a cork bulletin board. These tiles don't stick to a painted wall. The wall was painted a year ago so it was not because of fresh paint.

Used these on the inside of kitchen cabinets as a hidden recipe holder/bulliten board. They are perfect!No more messy frig. papers!

Unlike the complaints with another brand, WidgetCo's self-adhesive cork wall tiles are FABULOUS. I started purchasing this brand a number of years ago. I have since used them inside doors of my kitchen to keep grocery lists and favorite recipes. I've put then inside closet doors for my daughters' rooms to hang their works of art and calendars. I've adhered them to the back side of a bookshelf so that the back didn't look ugly and was now functional. I haven't had any problems with the cork and the adhesive coming apart. But be forewarned - NASA really would be interested in the adhesive used as THIS STUFF ISN'T COMING OFF.Once you've put these in place, press down, these fantastic squares aren't going anywhere.
