Our doctor recommended this for someone in my family, it has been great to have on hand for disregulation and trouble calming down. It is dark but if you rub it in well enough it won’t stain anything.

Glutathione is so important and a powerful antioxidant. My kids and I both use this daily. Highly recommend.

Terrible and expensive experience
This cream is brown, and it stained my pillowcases badly. After using it for several days, I started having bad dreams and even woke up with an anxiety attack one morning. I suspect it’s the 5‑HTP or another ingredient in the cream. I was just looking for a calming GABA cream to replace the Somnium product I used to use, which has been discontinued. Overall, it was an expensive, very negative experience, and I’m throwing it away immediately.

Great calming cream with lavender scent
This was recommended to me by a functional dr for autoimmune flares. Seems decent enough. Be aware that the cream is a very dark brown and should be completely dry before you put your favorite clothing on!
