I ordered this paint and tip cleaner and when it arrived it had all leaked out. I sent a note explaining what had happened and they immediately replaced it, I am so pleased with their customer service.

don't get it on your bare hands
It does a good job of cleaning the paint tube tips. While I waited on it to arrive I had to use nail polish remover and it took longer to get the tips clean. But when I got the tip cleaner it worked so much better and faster.

Easy Clean
This was a replacement for the Tip and brush cleaner that I already had in my Aunt Martha's ball pin painting set. The cleaner is quick and efficient for cleaning the ball point tips.
