Fontanini by Roman Inc., Kneeling Mary, 5" Collection, Nativity Figure and Accessories, Hand Sculpted and Painted

We are long time Fontanini customers. I have two God children, and each year I get them a piece so they can leave home someday with a complete, nice Nativity scene! I have also just started my oldest. She will graduate from college this next year. I did not start hers earlier since I collect Nativities and it would have been less exciting for her. Since she is now soon to be on her own, I thought that this would be a great addition to her yearly stocking gifts, and she will have a growing Nativity set soon! Yes- for a few years it is not even a complete set, but I guess it helps kiddos work on the virtue of patience! I guess if someone has more $ than me, they could start with the Holy Family and grow the Nativity from there! Anyway you do it, these Nativity pieces are timeless!

Keeping with our plan to downsize, I replaced an old and pretty large ceramic nativity set with several 5 inch Fontanini pieces. This is a beautiful Mary, and I couldn't be happier!

The Fontaine Kneeling Mary was perfect to add to baby Jesus and Joseph to start a Nativity collection for my Godson.

Mary was too small for my Joseph. I need at least a 12 inch figure but I don't want to pay over $12.00 for it. That is all I paid for Joseph con ebay.
