For starters, the product is heavy duty. It is not a light cheap material like you will find at your local hardware store. The look is amazing. I installed it myself. I used pex piping for the pluming. I would advise making sure that you have the connections tight as I found that I didn't and luckily I have an access panel in the back side of the wall that allowed me to get back in there and tighten them up. I am not a contractor and I found it to be pretty easy to install after some planing on how I was going to install it. I do not have the best water pressure and the shower head makes up for that with a nice constant stream of water that comes out. I bought the bathtub and sink models too. I am very pleased. Don't worry about the price, it is worth it. $600 for all of my fixtures, and at first I was having sticker shock. Not anymore. Pay now, or pay later is my motto.

The product worked great for what we needed but it was the customer service that surprised me, had a few small issues and they were dealt with promptly, professionally with unexpected results. I would definitely recommend the shower system and the customer service that goes with it.

I am a contractor and have done quite a lot of bath remodeling and or retrofit of bath fixtures...now, I have just received this product and have yet to install in my own remodel, but I am very impressed with the quality and look of this item. Not just that, but I’m also impressed with the quality of the packaging. It shows me that this company cares about the product, not only in manufacture; but on the final presentation and handling of the item. I will update after I have installed. Looks outstanding!

Very easy to install however certain plumbing pieces were very difficult to get it not the average pieces you need to Procure to fit all piece Once you did locate all these pieces everything work outstanding and work good looking and work better than you expect

Well, where do I begin? It was not easy to install, I installed it in a pvc like shower stall which is not how it was intended to be used, however, it is possible. It appears it was designed on paper and never engineered tested. Note even the face plate has no means to fasten nor water proof. It is up to the installer to reengineer or figure out. I used silicone and satisfied. I doubt it is serviceable like American products just hope it works for long time. I have not used it, only tested, and I like it. Was not easy, also installed American shower system and they were a breeze relative to this, and future service on American product is also a breeze, but I doubt this product can be serviced. As I said to allow it to be water proof I had to silicone the faceplate to the shower stall. And some other adjustments. It looks good, appears to work very well and no operating complaints what so ever. If it holds up, and for what it cost me, it is good. The chrome looks good, BUT it Mark's up easily. Nice shipping package makes it LOOK LIKE a 1,000 usd product. No pipe hammer... no dripping water.. again only tested.

I installed my rain head shower a couple years ago, it has been amazing, great flow and esthetic. I noticed it sprung a leak in the head, I contacted SR Sun Rise Sanitary customer support. Representative Bear was quick to get my information and send me out a replacement head under their 10yr warranty. Amazing to have this type of service, quick, friendly, solved my problem.

We were looking for a rain shower and hand shower combo with a clean look. We first searched in Lowes and Home Depot - but couldnt find anything like this. Very happy with this product. Our contractor said it was easy to install, and it looks really sleek in our new shower area

The rain head could be more powerful - too gentle but doable with the extra wall mounted spout.
