Driak 4-52mm Metric HSS Titanium Surface Step Drill Bit Set for Wood Metal Hard Materials Hole Drilling Tool

I used this to cut holes in plastic junction boxes for d-series neutrik jacks. 24mm works great.

Titanium surface (titanium paint) came right off while trying to cut a 1.5" hole through16 gauge sheet metal. It took me 30 minutes to get to 1.25". After another 30 minutes, I gave up. Returning it back to Amazon (China). Bottom line, it will cut metal, much less, "hard materials".

Would not even cut hole in plastic bucket.

Have used this more times then I imagined I would, threw stucco siding, flag pole, drill in studs,etc

My front doors are thirty years old and hardware has changed in size. This really worked great to increase the hole diameter without damage and allowing me to replace the knobs

I did not want to spend what big chain stores want for a step up but that was still going to be too small. This is a very large step up and it does exactly what you need it too.

We bought this to drill 1.5” holes in polyethylene plastic drums. Won’t even touch it. Just sits there and spins. Won’t bite into the poly. Other bits that look identical zip right through it.
