4-Way Stretch Nylon Spandex Matte Tricot | Suitable for Sportswear, Activewear, Swimwear, Dancewear, Yoga Wear, Table Cloth (White)

I bought this specifically because it waa matte nylon, it's not really "matte" as in not shiny, especially when stretched even a little. I'd guess it's "matte" compared to sone other fabric offered that's meant to be shiny.Well, my purpose doesn't require it to be visible, so I won't quibble over the shine. I'm more concerned that it's pretty thin. As in... I'll need to double or triple a stressed gusset section if I want to be sure it's opaque and strong (fabric seems strong enough for single layer, but I'm not taking that chance).I may decide to use a fusible stretch interfacing between the layers, just to be sure.Otherwise, the fabric is silky smooth and soft, seems very stretchy and yet very strong. But be aware that it's very thin (thin in construction not thin in quality), and sonewhat translucent when stretched.I bought two shades and look forward to using both. I think the thinness may actually be an advantage in my second project.

My fault. Should have read the fine print. Maybe put in the item title 1yd cuts, only...usually when I order more than one yard I get a continuous length or it was abundantly clear in title and description. This is my fault. It is not in the written description or title, but is in the itemized description at the very bottom.The goodSeems to be a great material...maybe a little thinner than I expected as the description said it could be used for athletic wear...thinner than I would want for stretch yoga pants. The 4way stretch is good.The bad4 stars because I was shorted a .5"-1" on each of my three 1yd cuts...that doesn't sound like much. But if it's only 1yd increments, I want my full yard.

Good spandex, i juse it for spiderman mask. But the color is not that red that i expected

I used this fabric for a a swimsuit i made for a photoshoot of my friend.This fabric works great for swim wear along with some active wear I’ve made too. I’ve actually purchased 3 or so times!It has a nice structure to it that gives you a supportive feel.It has a very luxury type of matte sheen to it that I love.

Used this fabric for lengthening a Tankini swim top! Very nice fabric & easy to sew! Didn’t need this much fabric, but it would make nice swim shorts so guess I’ll have another sewing project!

Initially order 3 pieces for a costume in hopes that it would be one long, continuous item. However, it is packaged as separate items, so I will have to make do with what I got.

I love this white 4 way stretch fabric for my BJD doll’s “anti stain “ leotards /body suits. They will wear them underneath their custom sewn colored costumes. It stretches and handles wonderfully well, perfect weight, not too heavy or too thin, it doesn’t fray at the edges either. Definitely worth it to protect my expensive collectible dolls.

Just what I was looking for. This was my third attempt for this fabric on line. Other products were too heavyweight and lacked enough stretch. I have not used this in my project yet, gaiter masks, however, I am sure this will be perfect and I will order again. The only issue is that the delivery time was longer than I expected for an amazon purchase.
