These are the best beans for a blood group O. Other types of beans used to give me gas. Dr.Peter D’Adamo told me that what we eat is what makes us sick and I agreed to his saying buy his encyclopedia about the blood group and what you have to eat. You will be the healthiest person . You will avoid visiting the Dr. appointments every now and then. Due to eat the proper food for your blood group. What group A or B eats is different from what group O eats. 💯 the flavor is good and the money is ✅ since they are organic. They are Yummy . It has SEAWEED in it!!! Beware if you cannot eat seaweed.
It has seaweed in it!!!!! Seaweed folks. It is my fault for not reading the ingredients. I expected black eyed peas and water. Nobody expects seaweed. I have a medical condition in which I cannot eat anything from the ocean. So even though I don't have a problem with the way seaweed tastes, I cannot eat it. I am very disappointed.
