This gyro ball is very easy to start, which I love. It’s the perfect way to finish off an upper body workout—just a minute or so of spinning gives my forearms a great final burn. The LED lights make it fun to use, too. ​One thing to note: It can get quite noisy as the speed increases. It's not a silent device, but if you don't mind the sound, it's a fantastic tool for a quick muscle pump at the end of your routine!

As far as I can tell, it's broken. I can't get it to work, straight out of the box. It doesn't "wind" in the way that it should, and when it does, it doesn't hold the rotation. I'll probably return it.

When I first unboxed the ball, it worked perfectly. I got the concept and it was really nice. Worked my wrists and arms. Unfortunately it broke after about 5 minutes. In discussing with others and looking at reviews, it seems there are a quite a few ways in which the ball can be broken. I guess if a person were to strictly follow all the advice from the maker, perhaps it would not break. I guess I broke it after I set it down on my desk with it still running (phone was ringing...). I will not re-order because it's apparently too easy to break it. 06-21-2022 - Addendum. I tried it again the next day and it worked fine. So I am thinking either I was doing something wrong (works every time now, however) or something that was not functioning is now ok. In any case, it works good so far. Hopefully will hold up in long time usage.

I chose the "Colourful Light-Transparent" option because it comes with a zippered case and a gift box. It’s an excellent gyroscopic ball, nicely weighted but not too heavy, runs smoothly with a satisfying hum. It’s better than the less expensive ball I bought for myself marketed under another brand name, they all look alike right? I was content with that one until I tried the Gyro Ball I bought to give to a friend - it’s noticeably superior for just a couple dollars more! There’s a learning curve with any of these balls, be patient, watch video tutorials, don’t try to match the speed you see on YouTube. I never use the strap because I like to switch hands. The case is great to keep the ball and it’s internal moving parts, dust-free. The gift box is simple but attractive.

Well made and attractively packaged. Good fit for most sizes of hands. Good weight. Good mechanism. Go for it!

I had come across one of these about a year ago and thought it was interesting. Unfortunately the make and model that a friend had is no longer on the market, at least not labeled the same. This model seems a bit noisier but it does have the same oscillation power I expected. It was a bit of a learning curve but a short one. My hands and wrist began to respond just after a few days use. At first I was afraid to even spin it up without using the safety strap but now, just after a week, I don’t feel it’s necessary. The ache I had in my forearm and wrist are gone now and I’m even seeing some improvements in my rotary cuff by making circles while the gyro is under a healthy rpm. I ordered a second model that was all metal, a bit heavier and had reviews saying it was much quieter and had less play in it. Well, it did. The only problem was that it had very little wobble at all, was more of a stabilized gyro that just hummed. It was returned and I’m sticking to this model for now. At half the price and twice the performance with great results I’ll put up with a bit of noise. I’d rather it make noise than my shoulder!

This did help my wrists while it worked. Its an odd device, and it took me a minute to understand how to really use it, but once I did it provided some relief for some wrist pain and irritation I have. However, it has pretty much stopped working in less than a week. I'm not rating it lower because I'm really not sure if I caused the failure. You start the device by essentially winding up part of it, and I think I may have overwound it. It's also possible that I was using it too quickly and causing strain. But, for whatever reason, it no longer works :(

Great tool for exercising the tendons connected with tennis elbow. The faster you rotate the wrist the more you resistance you get and better the exercise. ( Just need to jump start it once before every session using your thumbs, the instructions are given in the box and are very easy to understand) As a tennis and badminton player myself I will recommend this to everyone who plays these sports regularly. Fantastic product!

Effective and does what it says. Great value at low price. The LED lights make it slightly childish but its alright.

Works great! I like the added lights, makes it more fun to use. Got it on sale for $23.99 compared to the other models that sell at $34+. I'd recommend it! Gives my hand (wrist, fingers) a great workout! Easy to use too!
