The first speaker did not work properly and I was able to get a quick refund. The manufacturer sent me an email and said they'd send me another speaker. It arrived and works great! Their customer service is excellent!! Highly recommended!!

The speaker was nice and, while it's made for the shower (which is enclosed) the volume outside of the shower was very low no matter how high I turned the volume on the phone and the speaker.

Great sound, recommended for the price! Wish it came in black or white. Needs slightly clearer instructions but you can figure it out with patience.Ours fell off the wall and stopped working, we had some issues with the suction not holding; but the seller was FANTASTIC; sent us a replacement and we tried his suggestion to score the suction cup for better hold- worked great!

Great product with a great team that stands behind it. Mine stopped working (probably my fault) and they replaced it. Will definitely do business with again!

My daughters and I are thoroughly dissatisfied with the Shower Sound Pro speaker. We will be returning it to Amazon.First, upon opening the package, I realized that the cable shown on Amazon was not the cable that shipped with the device:The cable shown in the picture appears to be a standard USB cable with a male attachment similar to one used with digital cameras. The cable that shipped is a USB cable with a different male head, one that looks more like the plug for headphones. I purchased the device desiring a standard cable because my teen-aged daughters are very likely to misplace the cable.The second reason we are returning the device is because it does not hold a charge for very long. My daughters grew tired of recharging it after one day. They prefer to simply play their phone in the bathroom, unamplified.***Update****The Seller has been very responsive to my concerns. I was sent a new device which we are currently trying out. Upped to 3 stars in recognition of the customer service and in anticipation of improved battery life. Amazon still needs to change the cable in the photo, though. It's not the one that shipped with the devices.

Just what my daughter wanted so she can listen to music in the shower. Not big and bulky, good sound quality.

Works very well connected to blue tooth phone immediately, great product for a teenager that loves to take the phone in the bathroom so they no longer have to risk it getting wet but can still listen to music.

Needs to be able to hold a longer charge. Otherwise, it's just fine. Good price.
