My boys (7 & 11) both hold their pencil oddly, and even their teachers have let the issue slide due to them having adhd. I, however, want to be able to read their writing and want them to enjoy writing - two things currently evading us. I am hoping that these handy grips will train them to write more comfortably and legible.Upon having the 7yo test out the large grip, we see that it is awkward to erase mistakes. Once his fingers were in there, he didn't want to take them out (I'm sure other kids are the same), so he kept the pencil in his right hand and used his left hand to turn the pencil over to erase. Obviously, if he took out his fingers it would have been fine, but it was frustrating to him because he was focused on trying this out.I think I might use the dolphin grips for myself at work, both for fun and for proper grip. I like that the set includes two types of grips, and the variety of colors is a plus.I really liked the little gift box these came in, and the personal touch of the card - it means the vendor cares about the buyers, and that's pretty cool.Overall, 5 stars, because this is something that is incredibly useful, colorful, and from a great vendor.

The item arrived on-time in a cute little box. Very easy to put on the pencil and easy for my kid to use. I recommend this product.

Great for helping my toddler learn to hold writing tools!! The holders do all the work and help put her fingers where they should be. Much better and easier to use these than keep holding her hands with mine. Much more natural feel for kids to hold themselves this way. Great!

The product is well packaged with a small box with a bow and a beautifully designed card for the customer. The word on the card “all products come with warranty and lifetime support” makes me feel very secured with my purchase. Additionally, my kids really like the product and I can see it will help them writing at an early stage.

Despite what they say - These are NOT for left handed kids. My left handed kid can’t use them and when I checked, the indentation for the middle finger is placed for a right handed kid. It is not interchangeable. Will be returning.

Super disappointed in these, they fit on almost nothing. Regular #2 pencils and that is it. My daughter wanted to write with her gel pens (which look pencil sized), but they don't fit. Complete waste, do not recommend.

Purchased for my grandson. The package arrived in a box with a bow! We have been on home isolation for two weeks, so that was a little spot of joy! The packaging is really cute, and the grips are wrapped in a cute bag tired with ribbon. The grips are well made and I believe they are exactly what we are looking for!

We only wanted the dolphins in this package. My 8yr old granddaughter had tried the others and didn't like them. But she loves the dolphins and they have improved her writing tremendously. Now she just needs to learn not to "choke the dolphin" and make her fingers tired.
