Its not an xacto but its good.
I have bought third party knifes before, and been largely disappointed. The last non-xacto I bought had plastic collets. Needless to say they didn't last long. These knives have brass collets, the blades fit snugly and they give you a couple of extras, like a ruler and honing stone.Overall, a good value for the money, and unexpected high quality.

This is a very clever little kit and so convenient for the woodworker, seamstress, paper/ craftsperson. Nice to have a kit to keep it in - I am always hunting around looking for where I left that exacto knife after last use. Seems harder for me to misplace this kit. :-)
