I am so disappointed with this necklace! Besides the fact that is really big and bulky it is also has sharp edges. I looked at the other reviews before purchasing it and it looked very elegant with rounded edges (like it was hand made). But mine looks like it was cut out of thick aluminum with a laser or metal stamp. My 8.5 year old asked "how did the gum ball machine know our names?" It looks that cheap. Also it was supposed to show up 5 days after I bought it (first week in Dec) and it showed up 2 days before Christmas.

I ordered this as a last minute gift for my wife, thinking it would be cheesy. However, when I opened the package, I was very pleasantly surprised to see that this piece of jewelry was very well made, solid, and more impressive looking that what the pictures depict. Additionally, when my wife saw it, she was super happy and has not taken it off since Christmas! Nice work!

Very cute necklace!! Got it for my mom for her birthday. It's real Sterling silver. She never takes it off and it hasn't broken or anything. The two words I picked out came out perfectly.

This was a big hit with my sisters. I bought one for each one of my sisters, with our "maiden name" & "Strong." (It's a spin off of "Boston Strong.") It's a good way to remind all your sisters, (who got married, and changed their last name), that we are still a "close knit" family. These days, everyone needs support.

I bought this for my wife for Mother's Day and she loves it. I put our 2 kinds names on it and she wears it proudly. The chain seems to be cheap but has held up well so far. This is a great product for the price and it came exactly as I expected. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a neat way to personalize an item for a loved one.

This was a Christmas gift my son ordered for his girlfriend and had their names put on it. I have to say, I was truly impressed with the quality when it arrived. All the edges and surfaces were smooth and it had a brilliant shine. The seller went above and beyond what was expected and included a silk rose, a small polishing cloth, a lovely box, a small card that could be personalized along with a well-made gift bag (like you typically get at the jewelers). My son is 14 so this worked out perfect for him. I liked this necklace enough that I just ordered one for my MIL with the grandchildren's names on it and I'm asking for one for Mother's Day!

I suggested to get a cable chain than the regular chain that they're going to give it to you. My boyfriend had to buy twice because the old one broke because of the small clasp and the 14 in. is still long (for me). The new one I got is 12 inches cable chain and it was a perfect size for me. The color is still good and I'm still wearing it. Great customer service too! You can email them for customization.

I was disappointed in the quality. When I first recieved this necklace it was so pretty and exactly what I wanted but after a couple of weeks (less than a month) of daily wearing it tarnished and dull. It was described and stamped as sterling silver (925A) so it shouldn't not have turned darkish grey. Very disappointing 😢
