You only get one bottle of each even though it clearly states “2 2 Value Pack”. When I contacted them they said I was wrong and it clearly states one of each. They offered me a $5 refund. We will see if I get it! Next time I will read the reviews first regardless of how much I need/want something during a pandemic.

There is text on the product page that leads one to believe that you will get 2 shampoos and 2 conditioners; that did not happen, you get 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner. Even if they had honored the quantity promise, there is no value in purchasing this item online; I only did it to avoid a trip to Walmart...lesson learned.

The "2 2 Value Pack" is misleading! It's only one of each, so NO REAL VALUE HERE!
