Polly’s- mozzarella comes wrapped in a heavy plastic wrap—not in tubs—and it is delicious. Polly-o ricotta and mozzarella are the best. Italian mother in law always brought this brand from an Italian deli in NYC when she came to visit. Love it love it, love it. Wish you carried the Polly o ricotta
