Does this product can suck air out of food bag?

How much vacuum will this create? I only need in the area of 7 to 10 inches of mercury. I don't need to go much more than 10.

As this pump will "pull" 20 KBA(Kilopascals). KBA is converted to inches of mercury: 1 Kilopascals = 0.2953 Inches of mercury, therefore, 20KBA = 20 x .2906=5.906 inches of mercury.
