Lockershelf Company- Ultimate Organizer Locker Shelving System. Fits 9", 12" and 15" Wide Lockers

Okay, so I've been debating a lockershelf for a long time, a year at least. And I have shared a locker with friends who had some, but I honestly had to go back several times a day just to reset all the books and folders and papers on the those shelves because they would continuously falls, get crooked, and slide. Everyday. I'm not kidding. They were the metal shelves with just two legs that folded in (and they loved to fold in I'll tell ya :/ But anyway. I've been planning to get this lockershelf for the past few months, and I finally have it in my locker. I measured my locker, by the way, to double check and make sure it was one of the sizes listed. And even though it said (or someone said) it would fit like a built in shelf I didn't totally believe them. But it's TRUE. Oh my gosh, It's amazing. It fits perfectly, and it makes the locker look so much wider too. I am so impressed. Also, it does get assembled easily. And you should play around with it and see how many way's you can set it up that you like ^.^ I'm not going to say it will keep you completely organized (depends on the person). But it will make it easier for me :) So far I'm using the 'normal' shelving where it's equal space on the bottom and middle and a little less on top. On each shelf I have... Top: Extra mechanical pencils, pens and highlighters (in the Target brand boxes of all three) and then a box of papermate mechanical pencils, then I laid out some gigantic Sharpie pens, I have mounting tape (for future use), and a five pack of square sticky notes. And I could put a few more things up there. ~ Middle: I put 4 1-inch binders and three 1 subject notebooks, and acordian binder (which doesn't fit up and down/the long way), my planner, and my pencil bag. There's still space for maye 3-4 1-inch binders and probably more becasue my planner and pencil bag won't stay in there ;) ~ Bottom: I put two pack of loose-leaf paper down there, along with 2 5-subject notebooks and 6 folders. So if you can picture this shelf the same size as the others, you know there's more space. Especially since some of that stuff will probably be kept in my bag or not be spending much time in there. ~ Considering all that weight this shelf is sturdy, it is strong. I love it. My school year starts tomorrow, but with this shelf I know it will be great!!! I hope this review helps. ADV

Our daughter just started high school and got her first locker. It's big and wide and everything was laying on the bottom in a jumbled mess. She told me some of her classmates had locker shelves, some good and some bad. So I went looking on Amazon and found this unit. It is nearly PERFECT!!! It adjusts from 9-15 inches (it will adjust to fit three size lockers -- 9", 12" and 15"), and installs in minutes. I mean that. It took just minutes to install with no tools. And it's sturdy. Very sturdy. One additional note: If you buy this, you may be confused by the packaging. You get a 9" unit in one box and a separate box for the extenders. So you might think you have gotten the wrong stuff. But you haven't. It's all there. Just read the well-written and illustrated directions, and you'll understand how simply and quickly it all goes together. Oh, and the customer service from the seller (LockerShelf) was exceptional. So, as I said at the beginning, if your child needs an organized locker, BUY THIS THING! Now, I'm going to go looking for a mat to put on top to protect the unit from drippy snow boots come winter.

I looked at this shelf for months before buying it. It looked great, but I just couldn't justify paying so much when there are numerous inexpensive options out there. It has been totally worth the money, so much better than anything else. It's like having a piece of furniture in your locker. This really helped my middle school son to get organized and actually took quite a bit of stress out of his day. When my younger son needed a locker shelf last week, I didn't hesitate at all but immediately ordered another one of these. And I don't spend money easily.

Got this for my middle schooler who has large/heavy books this year and class changes. It comes in pieces, but if *I* can figure it out and set it up in less than five minutes, anyone can. The system is much sturdier than those wire shelves, and I think it will hold up just fine throughout this school year and beyond.

I bought these shelves for my son's locker. His locker was larger than the standard locker size, but that wasn't a problem with the shelf extensions. They were easy to set up, and they are extremely durable. These shelves are large enough for him to store his books and notebooks on the lower shelf and have binder on top. With so much organizational space in his locker it is easy to find what he needs when he needs it. These were perfect!

I chose this shelf because it stated that it fits in 3 standard-sized lockers. Tried to put it up in my daughter's HS book locker and the shelf was way too wide. I only had the option to make it wider so it didn't work at all. Tried to return it but it's very hard to box it back up in the original packaging - which is part of the return process, according to their list of requirements. So now I'm stuck with it. Waste of money.

So my son has a very short and fat locker (the type with one on top of another). Almost everyone else I know bought the cheap plastic ones from Walmart and I hear that they can not even fit their coat in their locker. Well this shelving system is great!!!! Very sturdy and fits like a glove with the expansions! My son can take a heavy coat to school and fit all of his books plus backpack very easily in his locker!

This was great for my daughter's locker at middle school. Her books and school supplies were always easy to find. Her locker looked very neat as opposed to the other kids lockers. It also separated her boots/shoes from the school supplies and during the winter months really was a good thing to have. Super narrow lockers will not work with this item so be sure to check that out before purchasing. Bottom line is that if it will fit it is a great thing for the locker.
