I bought an XL sweatshirt as I don't want a tight fit; I am 6' and weigh 195 lbs. with a bit of a middle age spread. This sweatshirt fits comfortably in all respects. The only criticism I have is that the left sleeve at the wrist is starting to fray slightly where the shirt contacts my wristwatch. I'd purchase again or another also.
