Works well to get my seeds up and growing before planting outside in the garden.

These put off a decent amount of heat, but they're crazy bright.

I love these lights! I initially bought the 600w light but that wasn't enough for my tent. I later got a different brand that was cheaper but their light wasn't nearly as good, so I got 2 of the 1000w lights and that did the trick. Thanks Maxsisun!

For the money these are one of the best lights available compared to other models, I was unable to find the Bloomspect model I wanted so I took a gamble on a 1200w maxissun and am just as satisfied. Needing another veg light for my tomatoes I ordered the 1000w model and I am confident I'll be just as pleased with it.

I originally purchased the MU600 a few days before the MU1000 was listed on this page. Seeing that it was only a few dollars difference, I decided to "upgrade" to the MU1000. It got here today, I set it up, and turned it on. I was immediately met with a LOT of heat. I don't think it's worth having on considering how much hotter it made the room and the wattage it's pulling from the wall. The light itself seems to be built like a tank though. It's pretty damn heavy and looks like it could take a beating. I've actually decided to return both of the lights and instead go for a more-efficient quantum board style light. I think I'll leave these cheap old blurple lights where they belong, here on Amazon.

This thing can run forever. Can put off more heat than wanted for my grow room but nothing a tower fan can’t handle and ventilation.
