really comfortable for carrying my Inogen G5 when doing any activity that needs hands free but is too bulky and awkward for full time use. The clip around the waist keeps it firmly in place when you bend over. Excellent for yard work, cleaning house, walking etc. The straps are very comfortable. I wear it for hours. I also like the mesh pouch on the side. It has a pull string closure to keep your cell phone secure and big enough for a water bottle or extra battery and the little cubby is great for my Air Pod case. I would use the back pack all the time except all the comfort (and straps) make it unstable. The straps get in the way when you are settin it down so you have to give special attention to move them, then it falls over anyway. I think the main thing that makes the unit unstable is you have to insert the G5 from the bottom and there is a 3 to 4-inch wedge/spacer at the bottom so it fits several units. That makes it a little sloppy on my G5 and that spacer not only makes it top heavy and is not a solid foundation. You make have better luck with stability on something that does not require the spacer. The back pack is excellent for hands free tasks and completely deserves a 5-star rating. I highly recommend it for hands free.

Thank you O2Totes for designing an oxygen backpack that has enough pockets to hold my purse contents! I now only need one accessory and am purse free! Going anywhere is so much easier with only one bag to handle! The backpack is lightweight, comfortable, and well made.

The size is great. My large battery on level 3 if not out in open gets very hot in this case even though its mostly mesh.. overall im pleased with it. Its good on my back & ditributes the weight well. Its not pink! Its lavendar.

Appreciate it distributes the weight as opposed to one shoulder. Excellent for day trips, helps if your partner can change settings to accommodate activities.Used it on trip Key West, made trekking through crowds easier. Helps correct your posture, guess that’s a bonus.Glad I got it for day trips, plus the larger battery.

I bought this for my father-in-law. It fits perfectly! It makes carrying his oxygen so much easier and more convenient. The shoulder straps stay securely in place and evenly distribute the weight for comfort. It is important to check the type of machine you have as this backpack only fits a specific type of machine.

I had been using the shoulder strap bag that came with my portable concentrator. It was nice but uncomfortable for longer distances. That’s what made me look into getting a backpack for my device. After much research I decided on this bag from O2TOTES USA. Coincidentally, it is comes from/is made right in my own city.This bag is nice and has a lot going for it. My InogenOne G5 concentrator fits nicely but not too snuggly. It could be a little more snug, to be honest, but I have not found this to be a problem. There is a mesh side pocket that fits my water tumbler nicely and would also be good for an umbrella, and another side pocket that is smaller and good for keys, inhaler, meds, etc. There is also a front pocket that I haven’t found a use for yet. The waist strap is pretty much useless in my opinion but I did opt to attach and use the optional chest strap as the bottom of the bag was slightly digging into my back and adding the chest strap alleviated that. I will probably cut the waste strap off but am waiting to see if I find a use for it.There is a zipper on the right (when you’re wearing the bag) to run your nasal cannula through. This is nice but from there the line of the cannula can get into awkward positions and I am still figuring out what works for me. All in all this is a great choice if you’re using the same concentrator and are looking for a backpack for it. Hands down my concentrator does not feel as heavy to me as it does when I carry it in a shoulder strap bag.

Perfect fit!

I just got this today for use on my upcoming vacation. After trying it for about 15 minutes I don't think its going to work. The straps cut painfully into my armpits no matter how I adjust them. I'm of medium build so it must be a design flaw. The pack seems to be very well made and I love all the pockets. I like the plastic cover on the top flap. It allows you to adjust the flow while still keeping dust out. The canula hose slot is a very nice touch. The G5 fits perfectly. Unlike other reviewers I find it very easy to take on and off. I will take it on my vacation and see if breaking it in improves the fit. I will update this review in 2 weeks.Update:I could not use this for more than 10 minutes because the straps dug into my armpits so bad. I ordered some neoprene belt pads and put them on the straps and that has improved the comfort level alot but still not perfect. I'm so disappointed. I really needed this backpack to work for me on a daily basis. If this company would just work on the strap issue and maybe offer some custom fit strap pads then they would have a 5++++ product. Unfortunately I have to rate this low until then.
