Silver Glitter Lurex Yarn,DIY Decor Shine Sparkle Yarn,90g

I bought for Christmas gifts & haven’t started knitting with it yet.

I have been searching for a replacement for Vanna’s Glamour since they keep discontinuing the colors I use (copper, gold). This is similar to that, but more sparkly. It is also nearly identical to Lincatex Gold Rush with more yarn per skein than their tiny spools. It’s perfect for what I need. Hope it sticks around. The “coffee” is what I ordered and it is a perfect bronze/copper color!

The string/yarn is beautiful but the ball get horribly tangled. It's very frustrating but worth the frustration when the final product comes together. Suggest you devise a better way to wrap the balls. The usual way isn't working.

This works fine for my craft purposes. I've tried several metallic cords for kumihimo braiding and most were too stiff or easily shredded. This is about 1mm or less, not very thick, but several threads can be twisted together or mixed in with other yarn or cord to achieve desired effect. The price is good for the quantity sent.
