Works great!

Finally sleeping better
I'm in my early 50's and have struggled with consistent sleep for the past 8+ years. Menopause! Ugh! I've been on hormone replacement for a couple of years but it didn't improve my sleep pattern. I've used melatonin, but it doesn't keep me from waking up at 3AM. Finally! It isn't perfect, but I have more nights of 6+ hours straight sleep then I have had in years. I tried other brands with different types of magnesium. This is the only one that has worked.
