TadiBrothers 5 Inch Monitor with Wireless License Plate Backup Camera

Ask me again after a year whether it is still working. After a week I like it a lot. I get a very nice image of the area behind my car. The equipment seems to be of good quality as far as I can tell by examining it. The installation manual was not the best, but far from the worst. If one is at all intuitive about 12V wiring, it is pretty apparent how the device needs to be wired. A note of caution: I found that I needed to mount the transmitter in a very superficial place under the plastic interior of the rear deck of my car or the signal wasn't strong enough reliably to activate the monitor.Don't put any metal body parts between the transmitter and receiver or it will not work reliably.

Stopped working after 2 months. Unable to contact customer service. Wouldn't have bought it if I had known it only had a 1 month warrantee.

This comes with no instructions. May work well, but will have to do some on-line research to figure out how to hook it up. Irritating to say the least, and not-returnable if I mess up and short something out. Some connectors look as though they should fit together, but don't. If you decide to buy it, find installation instructions first so you can hook it up when you get it.

Poor design of cables, connections far too close to viewing monitor, which made it very hard for a clean untidy installation.It seem's to work reasonably well, but not that great. On top of this with exchange rate, freight, and UPS brokerage chargesit cost over $400.00 and it is not worth that kind of money. I might add I am a retired motor mechanic trained in the UK with60 years of experience. 10yrs in UK 50yrs in Canada. I also might add poor instructions which covered more than one model. It would also be a better design if the wireless receiver was part of the monitor. 2/ I now add after some time of being in use after this last winter 2018/19 water got into the camera lens.

This was for my Husband truck. He said that it was very easy to install. The monitor is very clear and accurate.

It worked find a little bit then moisture entered the camera and was not clear enough to see my trailer and I called them and they told me to send it back to them and now I have to disconnect it off my truck witch is a hassle

Camera is not waterproof. After a hard rain, camera is all fogged up as water got inside it. It is no longer usable.

Installation extremely difficult with tail lights in the back door of an suv.
