Absolutely appalling , have this two days and the lid is already not sitting down properly into the stainless and spilling everywhere

We have a 3 year old and I have noticed that due to her use of sippy cups, she sometimes lacks understanding of basic fluid dynamics, i.e. if you have an open cup and don't keep it upright, it will spill. So I'm trying to wean her off sippy cups into big girl cups. I am also however, not a fan of her spilling milk all over the house. This cup is perfect! She now has to pay attention to her cup more instead of just letting it drop or carrying it sideways without consequence, like with her sippy cup. The sliding piece that shuts the spout was a little tight at first, but it has loosened up and she can open and close it herself now, though it does take a little effort for her. The cup is also insulated, which I love. She loves drinking milk while playing outside, so that goes bad pretty fast without insulation. With this she is able to finish her entire cup of milk without me constantly throwing out milk and refilli her cup because it's all warm and gross. The size of the cup is also great. It fits well in her hands, she can hold it with one hand and it holds more than enough liquid for her. I haven't tried throwing this into a bag, so I don't know if it leaks if it's on it's side. But it's sturdy metal and I expect it will last a long time.

Update: I have grown to love this little cup. Yes, I bought it for me. I enjoying showing people it. It cracks me up how cute it is! It does hold things hot for hours, but not all day. The lid is good, quality, but not leak proof. So far with hand-washing, the cup hasn't chipped. The lid is top-rack, dishwasher safe. If you want a good, cute little tumble for light-weight coffee drinkers like me or for kids, then this is a good option. Remember, it's not leak proof though.Just got this. Great for adults and kids.Update: Color was not as pictured. Pink was more of a Pepto pink than a fuscia pink. Lid is not leak proof. Good quality stainless steel. In the photo, this is the 12 oz tumbler next to my 32 oz French press. Wish someone would have done a size comparison like this for me. A great size for one-cup, light-weight coffee drinkers like me. Overall, I will keep it. It is adorable and good quality.

I ordered two of these. When I put hot or cold water in either one, the temperature of the liquid is quickly transferred to the exterior of the cups. I filled both with ice and condensation rapidly formed on the outside of each cup. Either these are not insulated (even though the description says they are) or I received two identically defective ones (not likely). They're going back.

Although this product is described a kid's sippy cup there is nothing child-like about it.It is nicely built; simple design; double insulation allows you to forgo a sleeve; and it accommodates a baristas's spoon nicely to remove the foam from the lattes. I may have to get larger ones for when I want a bigger latte from my local coffee shop.

If you have something cold your feel it through the cup same with hot drinks. Not safe to hold with hot drinks.
