This ergon grips are awesome, they have almost eliminated the pain on my wrist. I’m still adjusting to them. In order for you to eliminate the pain on the wrist . I suggest that you go out on a couple of rides and take your tools to make the proper adjustments on the grips. My first ride made my fingers and hands numb. I went on a couple of rides made a couple of adjustments along the trails and the pain on my wrist is almost gone, the numbness is definitely gone. I ride about 10-30 miles a week. At first I had my doubts because of the way they look thought it was funny looking but my old grips keep giving me too much pain. I’ve only been riding for about a year and a half, after 20 years of not riding bicycles. I bought the Odi grips thinking they were good based on reviews. I bought them for my GT last year and then upgrade to the Giant Trance . They kept giving me too much pain on my wrist . This grips are easy to install and it’s texture is real comfortable. I will continue to make any adjustments until I find the perfect setting.

My grandson wanted these handlebar grips for Christmas. He said it was just what his bicycle needed. They look sturdy and well made. He was very happy.

Wish I installed these sooner! Easy solution for preventing my hands from going numb on long rides.

These grips are amazing. I have small hands. As a reference, I usually shop for an XL kids gloves or XS women's gloves when I need any. The grips make it super comfortable to hold my handles and I feel like I have much better control of my bike now.The instructions were very clear and easy to understand for easy installation of the grips. They are labeled to determine left and right on the grips themselves so no need to remember which is which after removing them from the packaging. The thickness is perfect. I purchased the size small and they are slim enough for me to have a real grasp on the handles.

Beware. The grips are one regular and one short...must be for a grip shift or something and so I could not uses them. They feel very comfortable and good grip. Unfortunately have 2 grips of different lengths does not work for me at all.

I have these on all three of my bikes, in different colors. So much more comfortable than round grips. I rented a bike at Santos in Florida this summer that had regular grips, and my hands ached after 17 miles because I guess I'm so accustomed to the ergonomic ones. Hold their color, too, and I haven't lost any caps. I always wear gloves, so I'm not sure how they would work on bare palms, but I'm a big fan.

I previously owned a classic, GP2 style grips. I was very pleased until I was advised to switch to more "professional grips". Out of the blue I began to suffer from excruciating pain in the palms of my hands. It took me a while to connect the dots. I figured that I would have to go back to my previous grips. As I needed to purchase a new pair, I decided to check out the full selection. I chose the GA3 grips and I could not be happier. They are compact, soft but firm, flexible enough to rotate to a different grip and even sport a "cool" look. Most importantly - I am pain free!!!

I really like these grips. Smaller than their more expensive version, but big enough to provide that extra comfort on the heel of the hand. Much lighter and cheaper too, if you aren't getting ripped off by certain vendors. Got them for the reasonable price.

Love my switch to these grips ! I put them on my 2012 Trek COBIA hard-tail XC bike , love the color & wrist support .

The rubber is tippity tip tops mate...!?! The flared wings for palm heel support is the best for longer rides, keeps those wrist joints well supported when you've acquired the correct angle fittings for you, I've actualy put more forward thrust in my seat saddle angle, just to accompany the extra palm heel space ,and boy the sensations through the rubber is pure bliss, just that extra cushioning in the grip wings makes all the difference, more platform for the wrist joints to rest on is so much more comfortable, GRIP phenomenal, it's almost sticky when worn with gloves.
