Great product after you are able to get it out of the container. The consistency is way too thick for the packaging. Works great and feels great on the skin. I don’t know how I will get use out of more than 1/3 of the product. This should be packaged in a jar rather than a tube.

The good: initial burst of heat on your face when you first apply it feels great. The bad: unfortunately, doesn't last more than a few seconds. I like it to a point but if the heat lasted longer, I'd be 100% sold.

My husband has been using this for more than two years after I took a chance as a stocking stuffer. He's ordered the 3 part set for all of his golf buddies and uses daily. He has sensitive skin and would only shave every few days before this series- MUST TRY!

I can’t remember anything about the reviews I read at this point, but my impression is it’s a warm, goopy, slime without a shaving benefit. In fact, it interfered with lather application regardless if from soap or cream. I’m going to pitch it this weekend regardless of what I paid.

Concept is ok, if it actually served a purpose, but it heats up in your hands when you rub it, kinda reminds me of a cheap magic trick, and it just clogs the blades before you make your first pass, not allowing the hydro to do it's Job because it is not going to work. Sticking with the hrydro for my shaving though, it's hard to get off the hand's but it is worth it because it's great stuff

I used it for the first time. I loved it and it really works. I won't miss my barbershop hot towel treatment any more!

I have used this product for years. It’s my favorite thing to put on my face pre-shave. Feels awesome first thing in the morning. Facilitates a perfect shave.

In the long search for a better shaving experience I gave a try to this brand whole line of products - bought this one, plus the Hidroplane (shaving cream) and after-shave. Liked the perfume and "touch" of all, but maybe biased by some "too wonderful" reviews I expected more. And in fact I would like to make clear that this is a cream that does not produce foam - a system that I personally don't adapt well to. Maybe this was my major issue, as I feel it takes longer to shave with such systems and hate to waste time on it: I'm a "quality+time spent" oriented type of guy. It does give a nice warm sensation, but I doubt there's any functional benefit got from it...

Best pre shave out there by a long shot. Puts my face on fire for a millisecond. In a good way. Love it. dont change the formula and ruin it like you have done with your other products.

Wonderful. Perfect to prepare your skin for a shave.
