Good buds
This is my second Jaybird x4. They are good earbuds. I got it for a backup for my motorcycle trip. Just in case.

Nice for running
I bought these for my boyfriend who is a D2 cross country runner and he loves them. He has taken them on 10+ mile runs and has not had issues with them falling out because of bouncing or sweat. The noise-canceling is great as well!

Terrible disappointment
First, a caveat: my two previous sets of headphones were a set of wired Bose and a set of Bose earbuds and I ultimately replaced these with Bose wireless earbuds. The Bose earbuds are 4 times what I paid for these, so I feel a bit guilty giving such a low rating. I full expected they would not sound as good, but it goes way beyond that.Fit - fall out constantlyFirst, the fit is horrible with every combo of buds and wings (or whatever you call them). They fall out constantly. I don't mean when running. I mean when at my computer or cooking. There is no combo that fits my ear. In the photos they look just like the Bose, but they are actually way different. For one thing, the wings constant rotate and that makes them less useful. Then the in-ear part just doesn't stick in my ear at all. These fell out more than the crappy earbuds that come with an iPhone. The main reason I got them is because they looked like they would work like the Bose. They don't. Not close.Second - tinny soundI have to forgive them a bit here. Yes, they sound like crap, but I'm comparing them to Bose headphones that cost $200. I could live with this. I was surprised just how much worse they were than the Bose, but I mostly listen to podcasts and they are sort of okay for voice. I wouldn't listen to music with these though.Third - connectivitySo, I decided I couldn't wear them. Super frustrating the way they fall out all the time. My wife decided to try them for working out. We tried and tried and tried to get them to connect to her phone. We made my phone forget them, turned them on and off a dozen times. We even succeeded eventually in getting them to show up in her Bluetooth menu as connected, but the app couldn't find them and we could not get the phone to push sound through the things. We finally both gave up and decided these are just junk - $50 down the drain. She got me new, outlandishly expensive and overpriced Bose, but comparatively speaking, a much better value than a headphone that is cheap, but works poorly when you can get it to work at all.

Durable with solid performance
I have owned every Bluetooth headset there is from every manufacturer.. The Jaybird wired Bluetooth headset is far and away the best.. You clip it to your collar and you will never lose it. I use an old tie clip. No matter how much I sweat on it, it keeps working for at least 18 months.

Looked promising
I liked how they fit but had to return them because they wouldn't even turn on. Didn't get to test the sound or battery etc.

Battery life is crap & the earpieces don’t fit
The company who sold them to me did great! Enjoyed the interaction with them & the return process was painless. The headphones themselves were crap. The battery life didn’t last anywhere near as long as it said & the earpieces that came with it didn’t fit so the earbuds kept falling out. Not a big fan & returned them
