Don't want toeat sweet things any more
I was sceptical when I read about these but, as I have a few kilos to lose, thought I'd give them a try. They are amazing! From about 2 days after starting to take them (1 in the morning with breakfast), I don't want sweet food any more - and I had a really sweet tooth! There are currently 4 chocolate bars in my house, and I don't want to eat them - normally they would have lasted about 5 minutes, and I would have been thinking about them constantly until I ate them. I lost 1kg in the first week, without changing anything about my diet except I didn't want chocolate, biscuits or cake. So impressed with these tablets - hoping that a few months on these will 'cure' my sweet tooth and keep the weight off.

Good value and may be working
Thought I'd give these a try. Always difficult to tell but think they may be having an effect on sugar cravings. Have lost a bit of weight as a result. So positive result so far and have purchased again.

These tablets almost killed me
My view on these tablets all depends on who is taking them. They almost killed me and I am still very ill from them. I suffer with Long COVID which has elevated my blood pressure. After taking these tablets my blood pressure raised to dangerous levels. A warning sign should be placed in bold letters on this package warning of a raise in blood pressure when consumed. These really flush out your liver but raises your blood pressure. Make sure you don't have any high blood pressure problems before taking these.
