Under Armour mens Storm Extreme Coldgear

Man, this jacket is awesome. The material feels nice against the skin and is super warm. Surprisingly warm for such a thin jacket. It is also a bit big, I normally get XL size jackets as they fit comfortable but it is a little big for me at XL. Not so big I can't wear it just feels like it would fit great with someone taller than I am, and a Large would have been a better fit. Perhaps if I get a second one I will try a large. I have worn this jacket while it was raining and it was about 50-60 degrees outside and felt very warm and comfortable wearing only the jacket and a t-shirt.If you are looking for a comfortable and warm jacket that isn't too thick get this jacket. My only concern is the zipper as I have had a couple of under Armour hoodies and jackets have their zipper's break after a year or so. So will see how this one stands up, but so far I am super happy with the jacket. I would recommend trying a size smaller than you normally would wear. Ideally, before you buy it as it seems to run a bit big :D.

A nice product. Colour true black (almost !!!!!!). A good fit. Very lightweight but with plenty of thickness. I expect the close weave of the outer side will serve as a good wind blocker which I suspect is the secret of this items warmth. Loose enough without calling it a ‘slim fit’. I should easily be able to wear this over a combat shirt. Plenty of length in the body keeping the lower back protected and ample room in the sleeves. I didn’t find it necessary to follow the recommendations of one reviewer to order one size larger than my normal size. Made in Indonesia. I removed the knotted nylon loops on the zips and added some quality zip pullers I had stored away improving the general finish of this product. One noticeable point is that I’m finding it difficult (impossible !!!!!) to get the collar to lie flat when folded down due to the way it is sewn giving a somewhat untidy appearance and forcing me to wear the collar up. A bit expensive but a quality product and worth the money. I'd like to see this product in some tactical colours.

It seems to be a jacket that keeps out the cold wind. Nice jacket.(Before that, I wore another brand hoodie(oak*** premium zip up hoodie->its nice zip up hoodie) I bought two years ago, but it looks thicker & warmer than that.)But some tight.Maybe I chose the same small size as other brand clothes(zipup or hoodie), but this one is a little small.If I get used to it a little bit, I think I can wear it comfortably.Thanks.

The jacket looks great, and is very comfortable. Unfortunately there is nothing extreme about it. It will keep you warm down to a few degrees below freezing. If there is a wind though, forget about it. We had a windchill today of 12 degrees and the wind cut right through it, even with my swacket on underneath. You'll like the jacket, just don't wear it out in a snow storm.

I don't remember the size I took for this. Maybe I took a size larger for my frame. Overall, if you get the right size, this is a very good purchase. It comes in the same color as displayed. And trust me, it's an unique color and girls will notice you!

I had an older UA jacket that I have been trying to replace. Finally figured out softshell and coldgear are the keywords. I'm 130 5'8, and the small fits snug, but just right. The collar is stiff, stays up. I haven't thrown it in the dryer yet. After 2 weeks, very satisfied.

Great jacket. I have the women’s version and my husband wanted one just like it. I got him this for Christmas and he has loved it! It’s a nice warm jacket that isn’t bulky or distracting. It’s great if you need something to keep you warm while you’re working in a professional setting.

Absolutely incredible. We actually had snow and all the stuff to with it in Louisiana. Who would have thought it. Any way I can tell you that for me this jacket keeps me warm down into the 30’s with just a long sleeve shirt. It got down to 8 degrees and it still me kept me warm with a good base layer and fleece pullover. Loved it so much bought one for my wife.
