Genuine Cartridges
I recieved original seal packed cartridges. My printer didnt showed any error after their installation. Cartridges are printing fine in my printer HP 4535.

Color cartagena was seal pack but empty from inside
Tricolor was seal pack but when I stated using only one page came in color & then its not printing in color its over.Black cartage is good. I am trying to reach Amazon as well as Hp printer .This is the first time I got the empty tricolor cartage in a seal pack.

Black cartridge is not getting recognized after 2-3 prints
Black cartridge is not getting recognized after 2-3 prints, we asked for HP support line to check from printer side and field engineer confirmed that the issue is with cartridge quality and advised us to buy a new one.
