Maybelline New York Expert Tools, Eyelash Curler Refills

I have been looking for years for these refills. This has been my favorite lash curler since I was 12, but I could never find replacement refills. I am so happy to have found these I will be buying backups for sure!!

These new curler refills are not at all what I wanted or needed. Not even close to the original ones that come with the Maybelline Eyelash curler. My eye lash get such a big kink in them and not the soft lift.

These are good eyelash curler refills at a very good price. They fit my Kurlash metal eyelash curler. A few reviewers said that they don't curl your eyelashes very well. These are silicone, and not rubber like the older refills. I find that I have to crimp the eyelash curler longer when using silicone refills; I would say to crimp it for about 60 seconds on each eye. The good thing about the silicone refill pads is that they don't break my lashes as easily. One other thing, you need to squeeze really hard to make these curl your lashes; if you don't they won't work. Again, because these are silicone, they won't won't break your lashes when you squeeze hard. Unlike some other reviewers, I like these silicone refills very much ...you just have to remember to squeeze hard and long (about 60 seconds).

Why are eyelash curler inserts so hard to find in stores now??? I bought these for a new Maybelline eyelash curler that I didn't end up liking much (curl is too rounded). But I can use these in my LA Cross eyelash curler with a little shaving off the bottom to make it fit. I prefer the curl from the LA Cross curler, and these inserts work with it after a little modifying.

I have been on the hunt for refills to fit my Cover Girl eyelash curler that I've had since the 80's and these fit! They're a teensy bit too short but it doesn't matter, they stay in and work fine. I'm not sure why there are so many one star reviews. I'm wondering if people are curling their eyelashes after they apply mascara which you are not supposed to do! That can break your eyelashes!

Eyelash curler refills that fit are hard to find, I took a chance on these for my very old Cover Girl eyelash curler, which was made in Japan. They require a very thin refill, and most refills that are sold at the drugstore are way too thick. The only issue I have is that they are a bit short so there is about a 1 mm gap on each side. It doesn't affect the performance though, so happy with my purchase.

I have a drug store curler (brand unknown) and I thought this refill didn't fit, so I requested & rec'd a refund. But after a couple of weeks, I tried to install the refill once more before throwing it away. I pressed harder, and it fits perfectly. The value of quality are perfect! I shouldn't have gotten the refund and would like to pay again for the product now that I know it wasn't the wrong size. Amazon, what shall I doooooo?

I only like the Maybelline eyelash curler and I have tried to use other replacements in it but they never fit right. Also other curlers are different shape than Maybelline and always pinch my eyelids which hurts a lot. This curler is perfectly rounded for my eye shape and the replacements are great and so easy to find now on Amazon when I could not find many stores that had them in stock.

Good, just a little too thin to stay in my Revlon curler.
