ITEMS ARE MISSING!!!!!!
I have received a dualpow charging case and changing as well as the cushions for the ears without the earbuds inside the box on March 6th and I would like for my bluetooth earbuds to be sent to me so that i can use my product as intended when I decided to make this purchase i am extremely angry because my product is not what I ordered who do I need to talk to get my earbuds shipped to me I need my purchase fixed immediately thank you!!!

Great design and fit. Pairing and Bluetooth isn't 100%.
I like the design, volume and fit. However these don't always connect automatically. Having to pair them atleast 1 time per day isn't great. I use them about 9 hours a day. And after several weeks they just didn't measure up to others in this price range. When they do connect themselves they work great. But because they don't majority of the time I couldn't give 5 stars.

Not happy
Not sure what happened but my pkg was already opened! I buy earbuds very often and never have the box already opened. Not happy. Im a reviewer of othe earbud companies and never had my pkg already opened.

Excelente balance entre calidad y precio
El equipo se escucha muy bien, las personas en una llamada regular se escuchan bien y pueden entender lo que se dice a través de los auriculares. Para escribir esto estoy utilizando los mismos audífonos y el dictado de mi teléfono. Sólo noté algo raro cuando estás en una llamada de WhatsApp y entra una llamada regular, el cambio de regreso a la de WhatsApp no es automático. Todo lo demás es excelente

Perfect for the price! I use them everyday and have had no issues. Sometimes it comes unpaired but not a big deal.

It’s okay
The sound quality is not that great. However it is very convenient. I like the case that it comes in.fits perfectly in the ear however the sound quality isn’t so great.
