Do not put in dishwasher; changes color. Wash by hand. This is great for smaller dinners or meals like stuffed cabbages, Lasagna, baked spaghetti, tuna casseroles, etc. I used to cook for 7 and cutting down for 2-4 was hard, this is the perfect size pan. I love it. I make smaller meals with less or no leftovers. If I make my fave like lasagna I freeze just half a pan for a second meal instead of having so much left I give it away. Our grocery bill has changed dramatically too. I also can make a cake in it and then slice into three layers. Found many uses, even for taking food to family outings.

I just received this stainless steel pan and haven't had the opportunity to use it yet. It is a nice heavy pan. It is hard to find quality bakeware that DOES NOT have a nonstick coating and does not cost an arm and a leg. This pan is it. I continuously have to throw out pans because the nonstick coating starts peeling off. It is very toxic and should not be ingested. Yes, things will stick to this pan but if you spray it with Pam or line it with parchment paper it will prove to be a winner. So glad I ordered it.Note: I also ordered the set of 4 square 8" stainless steel cake pans made by the same company. I make a lot of homemade dinner rolls and pecan cinnamon rolls. These will be great for that. I'm excited with this purchase. After I have used them a while I will update with any problems I encounter. Doubting that you are going to hear from me again.

This pan didn't feel like my other stainless steel baking items (it was light weight and not as shiny), and a magnet does not stick to it. I researched stainless steel and discovered that there is a type of stainless steel that magnets do not stick to called austenitic (I'm not an expert in this) and it contains nickel. I have a nickel allergy and in the past have purchased pots and pans that do not contain nickel, do stick to a magnet and do work with induction. I forgot to do my research on this pan before purchasing--my bad. I have already used the pan not knowing, and found it to be perfect for what I bought it for: I needed a pan for zucchini lasagne that would fit in my toaster oven and could go from fridge directly to baking in case I wanted to assemble the lasagne early in the day and bake it later. This pan is perfect for this. I have baked with it, washed it in the dishwasher, etc., and have found no warping, rust, sharp edges, etc. Had I known it contained nickel, I would not have purchased it, and I think this information should be disclosed in the product description for people with allergies (I don't see anything in the description about the type of stainless steel) . Meanwhile, I will continue to use the pan and will line it with parchment paper to lower the risk.

So far, I have washed it by hand since I just got it. It's a really high quality stainless steel, nothing cheap about this pan! I was surprised and so pleased with it for the one time I have actually baked in it. I made a deep dish ( the sides are nice and deep and no spillage of the sauce in the oven ) eggplant vegetable lasagna. The pan is now in the fridge with the leftovers in it. It baked really well, I'm a happy camper and will be ordering a few more I think!

I love this little pan so much.There are just two of us in our house, and a normal-sized lasagna is absolutely overkill. This sturdy little gem is perfect for assembling and baking a nice deep lasagna (or other casserole) that’s a “just right” size. Nice heavy pan that’s easy to clean and built to last.

This pan is perfect for my large sized "toaster oven." When I'm going to bake, I like to take the oven outside to the patio so I don't have to heat up the kitchen oven during HOT summers. I bought a second one for my daughter.

We are really enjoy this pan. Makes great lasagna.

Perfect for making a nice deep dish lasagna! Was tired of using a brownie pan, which doesn’t produce a nice tall piece of lasagna like you get at a restaurant. This does!
