Great for slicing brisket or any large piece of meat.

Steel is decent... Handle is decent.. get handle wet, good luck holding onto it.

First off i work as a retail buther and i am using this knife for that purpose. The knife i received was sharp right out of the box good enough to cut top rounds and larger pieces of meat. The steel seems to be good quality and holds an edge well. Personally i dislike the handle i find it hard to keep a grip on it thats the only reason i gave 4 stars. Its also very light for its size. I'd definitely recommend the brand but maybe go for the ones without the "nonslip" grip.
