Very pleased. Inexpensive but not cheap.
I cannot justify paying $300+ for a pot filler so decided to go the cheaper route. My last one ran around $60. The top arm was the same length as the bottom arm which eventually started leaking and sagged downward. It did last for 5 0r 6 years. This one seams very sturdy. I love the way it functions. Even though it's smaller it reaches all 4 burners with ease. I purchased this one due to the smaller top arm. Very pleased so far.

Product is good although 1/2'' NPSM connection causes leaks and no solution
The pot filler feels sturdy and well made. However, leaving comments on some key points that you need to consider for install success.Tip #1We had issues with water leaks between the NPT male x 1/2'' NPSM male connector nipple and the pot filler when using 3 wraps of Teflon tape only. The pot filler has a female NPSM connection and helps make fine adjustments between your backsplash level and the depth of your water connection behind. However, the NPSM connection does not have a taper to help it seal or an o-ringed connection (hard to do due to the fine adjustment requirement). This caused me to remove my freshly installed backsplash to find the water leak source.Make sure to wrap min. 2 wraps Teflon tape at thread start and consider adding extra wraps towards the rear of thread to make a tapered edge for the pot filler to seal into (we used 4-5 wraps at end). Get some T plus 2 thread sealer and apply liberally to male connector - this product has PTFE fibers in it and helps with sealing any small leak paths. It will seal straight away no need to wait for it to set or harden. Recommend to flush pot-filler once water is on to remove any excess thread sealant before use. You may see some thread sealant in the water - keep flushing until it's fully gone.Tip # 2When running water pipe behind backsplash make sure that both pipe and backsplash wall is reinforced. Pot-filler is heavy when fully extended and under the load of water pressure hence will require extra reinforcement to prevent any sag or damage to the newly installed tile. We added 2 x 4's between studs for this purpose. The pot filler has a mounting plate that is fitted before connection the NPSM connection - plan to have the 4 x screws driven into those reinforcements to get the required structural strength for the pot filler.Tip # 3Decide if you want a cold or hot water pot filler, there are also options that give you either option. Helps to know which option you want to plan for the water pipe connection(s).Tip # 4We had a gas pipe that was running in the center of our preferred pot-filler connection. Due to this, we positioned the pot filler off-center and it looks just fine. The pot-filler when folded against the wall hides this and most importantly the tap reaches all burner - possible pot locations.

You get what you pay for after all
I priced out pot fillers from the big names, which were on average 3X to 5X more expensive than this one, so I took and chance and I'm glad I did. Very well made and packaged, comes with all installation tools (including Teflon tape) and thorough instructions. Installation was easy and the faucet is super sturdy, with just the right amount of resistance when you move it - not too tight, not too loose. Gold color is a light brushed gold - doesn't exactly match the brushed brash finish of my Kohler faucet, but its close enough. Nice to find a well made item at such a great price.EDIT: both shut-off valves failed within two years of installation, resulting in a serious, damaging leak.
