I love this product, it does clump, which is noted on bag but I just mix with my small blender and it works perfectly. It gets very hot here during the summer and this is excellent to replenish. The taste is good, no off tangs. I have reordered this several times.

Terrible! It’s like drinking starch powder water, barely any flavor and product is obviously almost cut in half by whatever starchy powder it is. Super waste of money. Would never buy again!

Clumping was an issue that I saw from many other reviews, but I took a chance and ordered anyway. If you use a shaker bottle with a ball, or otherwise shake the powder up in a bottle with a lid and let it sit and shake it again, clumping is a non issue.

Coconut water is part of my daily regimen to prevent nighttime leg cramps. I had been buying it in cartons or cans. Twice I received leaky cartons because the pour spout had been damaged in transit. I decided to purchase the powder for its dry form, reduced weight and volume. This powdered water, when reconstituted, bears little resemblance to the taste and texture of the original. And the powder doesn't dissolve easily. It takes a lot of vigorous stirring or shaking to get rid of the lumps. It doesn't have the same silky feeling in my mouth, nor the slight coconut flavor. It does seem to help prevent the cramps, but drinking it isn't refreshing to me. I will not order it again.

Was hoping for an easy water additive for the minerals ave flavor. No clear mixing directions. Doesn't dissolve easily. Leaves clumps stuck to the inside of my water bottle. If I use a cup blender, it's better. Flavor is okay. Definitely refrigerate before drinking. I'll use it up, but will try something else that will dissolve better.

I’ve purchased other dehydrated coconut water powder in the past and have been very satisfied but I’m not happy with this powder. The main problem is that it does not dissolve easy, it clumps. I’ve tried shaking it in an agitating cup, I’ve tried using boiling water to dissolve it. Neither method works to completely dissolve it. The flavor is not sweet, it does taste like coconut water straight from the shell but I like a lil sweetness. I won’t purchase this brand again.

Very good product

I was hoping for a more natural, grainy coconut texture, but this powder is more like flour. It clumps easily and takes quite a while to dissolve. The flavor is almost nonexistent — I have to use about 2.5 tablespoons in a 16oz water bottle just to get a faint coconut taste. Overall, disappointing and not worth repurchasing.
