Sad I found, clearly contains crack, other candy no longer as tasty.
Impossible to not eat. These are AMAZING and, for that reason alone, I do not buy often (it helps that they are also pricey). Perfect amount of mint flavor, great size. My guy wasn't as impressed (something about liking peppermint patties better - i'm like, what? totally different candy, yo), but I care not: every bag is mine. Too expensive to share with work mates, too (too bad for them).

Read, read, read! But you don’t always get Chocolate Peppermints!
I was excited to get this package of chocolate peppermint candies! They were just what I’d been looking for. The only problem I found, was I was looking for “gluten free” products! I had no idea these had wheat in them until I had my first bag almost gone and reading the bag. There in the (possible ingredients) tree nuts, peanuts, WHEAT! I just stared. Just about cried. Went back and looked at the Amazon page(because I knew I’d want more) but still did not see mention of wheat contents. So sad! Should not come up under Gluten Free snacks! Oh and the money versus amount of product? It seems a bit high. For the small amount of product I got.

Was better without coconut oil. Also now has SOY! UGH
Dislike that hey switched to coconut oil. Peppermint and coconut do not bring Christmas to mind.Better than palm oil though. But they seem to have added SOY to this year's version (2020). Last year was just the addition of coconut with peppermint. Bummed I cannot enjoy these at all -- soy.But taste isn't Christmas any more

Solid chocolate flavor, burnt aftertaste
To be clear, I got the peanut butter 4-pack.Overall, the flavor is pretty good. The chocolate is nice and very different from Reese's pieces, and the candy shell melts a lot more-quickly than Reese's. The peanut butter flavor is honestly not nearly as prominent, and in my batch tasted a bit burnt. I thought that may be the dark chocolate at first, but when i let it melt, I never tasted it until I got down to the peanut butter. It comes in a large refrigerated box with ice packs, though I don't see any indication that it needs to be refrigerated, and if it does, that kind of defeats the purpose of this category of candy (melts in your mouth not in your hand). To be clear, though I didn't find it melted in my hand; just strange to be in a cold box.Pros:• As seen in the photo, these are large.• They have chocolate, which comes through and tastes strongly of dark chocolate despite the candy shell and peanut butter.Cons:• They come in a refrigerated box -- I'm not sure if they need to be refrigerated.• The peanut butter flavor is not great -- it comes through as kind of burnt.Ingredients: Dark Chocolate (Fair Trade Certified Unsweetened Chocolate, Fair Trade Certified Cane Sugar, Fair Trade Certified Cocoa Butter, Soy Lecithin, Fair Trade t Dry Milk, Peanut Oil, Salt, Soy Lecithin), Cane Sugar, Palm Kernel Oil, Peanut Butter (Peanuts), Less than 1% of coloring (includes Vegetable Juice, Turmeric, Oleoresin), Gum Acacia, Tapioca Syrup, Salt, Carnauba Wax, Soy Lecithin). Contains milk, peanut, soy, may also contain tree nuts, wheat.Expiration was ~ a year past purchase date.

LOVE LOVE LOVE these!
These are my absolute favorite. I got myself some peppermint dark chocolate peices for Christmas... And Valentine's Day. I love how they don't contain artificial colors or flavors, and that they're non-dairy. This flavor is only non-dairy and gluten free option I know of, but I also LOVE the peanut butter dark chocolate peices. My family has tried the others. My husband loves the crispy wafers. I love the vibrant color choices. These colors are perfect for peppermint. My kids don't quite appreciate them because they're used to the much-worse-for-you alternative. They'll come around, though. For now, my husband and I will enjoy them.Since I love them so much, I emailed the company to share my love of their product... Then they sent me some goodies!

not really a strong peanut butter taste
I was kind of hoping these would be a healthier peanut butter m&m without the artificial food dyes. These aren't really that. I won't say they're bad, they just don't have much of a peanut butter flavor. Actual peanut butter is way down at the bottom of the ingredient list, just above the food dyes. They've got a strange aftertaste that almost makes them taste old. Overall, I wasn't terribly impressed. I love less sugary- chocolate and peanut butter and I ended up giving these away to my partner.

Disappointed
I read the reviews and decided to give this a try because I love the combination of peppermint and dark chocolate. But I was disappointed with the texture of the chocolate - not as creamy as I would like. In fact, it felt a little chalky. I also didn't think the peppermint flavor is strong enough for me. Not sorry I tried them, just not likely to buy them again. Too bad. Always on the lookout for great chocolate.

Nice to see a company without food dyes
Good healthier alternative to the mainsteam companies. If you child or you are intolerant of food dye(wonder why that is) these are a tasty alternative.
