WOW, this works! I can't recall when I wrote a review, here I am writing a review for this oil! I have used this MCT oil for over one week now and I am honestly impressed with the results! I half the dose in the morning with my coffee and the other half in my smoothie in the early afternoon. There is no aftertaste or grease residue noted and I love it because most of all, I have a steady amount of energy and feeling full for hours through the day. I feel good taking it and I do plan to replace it when I am done.

Algo caro para no venir en bote de cristal, para no ser eco, y para tener sistema de dosificación que no va 100% del todo bien, deja el bote un poco manchado. Sobre ¨ urgencia baño¨ como dicen algunas opiniones de compra,(?!) será segun personas y dosis. Buena textura en la batidora. Por lo demas bien y bien que sea coco sin mezclas de otros aceites y contenga acido laurico. (Junto a vigilancia alimentación) parece hidrata un poco piel, mejora uñas .. energia ok ... aunque aun está ¨bajo obsevación ¨...
