Just get your life- all of it- pick it up- and get it together with this.It’s a fantastic guided journal. I bought it because I thought “I need to get my life together, and this looks like it will help me pretend to be getting my life together.”But now I think it’s actually working!This journal is filled with helpful interactive spaces for To Do Lists, Anxiety Trackers, Etc. I even make sure I’m hydrated! But it’s so much more than just a few bullet points for you to write out a reminder that you haven’t done your laundry in three weeks. This journal is carefully curated, interactive and fun. There are different activities for each day and included space just for free writing or drawing or whatever.This is an absolutely brilliant guided journal and anyone who needs some life-get-togethering (even just a little) should get it.Stay hydrated!

Must buy!
Absolutely love this guided journal already and just started it today!! I also bought Emily’s guided “one breath at a time” (guided journal for anxiety and mental wellness) several months ago and have already filled it up. These journals are incredible, they encourage you to check in every day, just a little of your time to notice how your mind is doing that day. Absolutely love this journal, and you will too!

A great guided journal to start with
I love this journal. I've been struggling to get back into self care and this journal makes it so easy to just come do a little check in and write each day.

LOVE IT
10/10 recommend. I currently am using this for myself but imagine that one day I will encourage my clients to use it. I’ve used it for about two weeks now and I hardly ever stick to using my guided journals (I have several), but this one I am super engaged with!
