I do a lot of one person food prep and these bags have just the right storage capacity. I pop the food in, lay the bag as flat as possible and seal with ease. They are great quality and meals get frozen flat. TBH I have never reused one, mainly cos I write on each one with a permanent marker to save having ‘freezer pot-luck’ but I’m sure going by the quality that they are reusable
