By far the best concrete tool I ever bought! Very economic and won't disappoint. I'm a diy myself and results make me look like a pro. If the wife approves the results then this tool did its work. I recommend. Better quality then homeD and Mends. At a much lower price.

It's a float.
I have several Goldblatt floats and trowels. They are well made. I got this one to replace a wood handled one. I just wanted to treat myself and try the cushioned handle. I like it. I'd recommend.
