Mirin is a traditional Japanese condiment used to give dishes a sweet undertone. Mirin is made from a mixture or steamed glutinous rice and Sake. This mixture is left to ferment for 30 to 60 days.

My only problem is that it wasn`t Kikkomon as advertised but it was very good anyway
