Arrived in strong packaging and wasn't damaged. Perfect size for first day pictures for my new kinder gardener. Bought chalk markers to use and am excited to decorate and reuse year after year. Great quality for price.

I was initially thrilled with this product but after the first use I went to wipe away the writing to use for my other child and the board had stained. I followed all the instructions about what sort of markers to use, testing and cleaning. So for me this was a one time use board. Bummer. Should have spent more and gotten one from Etsy!

Did not include the chalk marker and now past time to send back.
