I would buy one of these for every child on the planet if I could. I originally bought 1 for my son when he was about 5 months old, wasn't sure if he would have any interest in it. He immediately latched on to it for nighttime comfort. I believe it is so comforting to him that it helps him stay asleep and helps him go back to sleep on his own if he wakes up in the middle of the night. It is so soft, the perfect snuggly, my son loves to cuddle with it, great for quiet time. He plays with the corners & the tags (I left on the silky tags and he searches for the tags - he knows they are there!). I agree with the other reviewers, do not buy just one. You will find it very difficult to steal away from your child for a wash & dry so have a back up to swap out during wash day :) (and they wash & dry wonderfully, I put mine in one of those small mesh laundry bags to keep him protected just in case) And whatever you do don't leave home without it! I'm buying 2 more this week, one to keep at Grammy's and one for emergencies!

I put this on my registry while pregnant, before knowing what a "lovey" was. I didn't realize that it's SMALL! About the size of a small hand towel. That being said, loveys/blankies like this are a great part of your arsenal for baby; they're mostly safe to leave with young babies for naps in car seats or in bassinets (because they're small enough that baby can pull if off their face, and thin enough that they can breathe through it ok). This particular one has proven SO soft, and very durable. We have two, one for home one for daycare. It washes well, and baby clearly gets comfort and snuggles from it. Love!

The media could not be loaded.  We took away the pacifier at four months and realized that our baby girl found this “wubby” and was sucking the tags for comfort. At about six months or so she began rubbing them in between her fingers and they became her self soothing comfort. Incredible!It’s been four years and we have gone through about 12 of these (due to loss, having extras and then her finding the extras and demanding to have all three wubbys!). If the house was burning down, I would stop to grab these.

Very soft and snuggly lovey for babies and toddlers. Bought for 6 month old to have and easy to grab and snuggle with. No stuffing in the body. Easy to wash if it gets dirty or spit up on. We ordered the Dalmatian one. Cute and so far he is liking to have it with him.

We LOVE our little angel. We have purchased two of these now because we need to make sure we don’t ever loose it!My son loves to snuggle his little pup at nap and bed time, and while in the car seat. It goes with us almost everywhere and is one of his comfort items. We are thankful for this gift that was given to us and now to purchase another for our son to have. Totally recommend for any infant or toddler who loves a good snuggle buddy!

We bought this as a back-up for the original beloved Angel Dear dalmatian blankie because we needed one in case the other got lost (gasp!) or was in the wash. Our daughter took to this snuggly, soft, safe blanket right away, at 6-7 months old, and hasn't given it up since. It washes up great, and we have no qualms sending it to bed with her because of its size (it's about the size of a bandana) and lack of ornamentation. I give these blankies as baby gifts and know many other children who are addicted to their Angel Dear blankets, too!

The Dalmatian arrived as expected and its super soft and of course adorable. The ears of the lovey were quickly unattached at the bottom as my little one loves to chew on them but they are still attached at the top. Due to the color it gets dirty quickly but by having a second it's always easy to throw one into the wash since we have a spare. It's not quite as durable as I would have expected. My teething son loves to chew on it and put a hole in the body of the blanket with the few teeth he had already. For all the wear and tear my kids has put this thing through I would say it's holding up well though as a whole I would purchase again because both my kids appear to favor this type of lovey due to the softness and we all love that it doesn't make noise!

Bought this for our new son as a safety blankie/cuddle buddy. Our first son has the fox version and loves it. Very soft and washes well in the laundry machine.
