What can I use to wash off copper mate flux??

You can use anything that cuts grease. Personally, I use CJ's flux remover, but you can also use window cleaner or even dish soap. Just don't soak your panel. Happy glassing!

Would this work to braze join copper wire to copper sheets with 46% silver solder?

I don’t know. I use it to make jewelry from ceramic dinnerware. I cut pieces out of it and apply copper foil (it is sticky on the back), the I apply the solder.
