First unit arrived DOA but they promptly replaced it with a functional one - they were very quick to respond and very friendly.

This controller works great and allowed me to run raid and new versions of my hypervisor with no issue. The only problem was with the battery which was almost 8 years old. It indicated it had a voltage issue at install and I had to buy a new battery immediately. The old battery ended up being a ‘spicy pillow’ so I recommend checking the battery before install.

Well I do not know where to begin. The vendor (Config.....System) I purchased this H710P mini controller from, first sent out a completely defective controller which would error out with the classic PCI-E training error. I figured that maybe this was just a coincidence and put in a return requesting a replacement. The replacement came in and appears to work but there is one caveat...... they are selling H710 mini controllers which has half the cache (512MB) as H710P controllers. I am giving 2 stars because at least this time the part works although I was cheated.

Upgraded server from a Perc H310 mini to these Perc card for better performance. New card works great and fast shipping as well
